What course levels are available?
We offer three progressive tiers: Seed (foundational storytelling), Sapling (conversion frameworks), and Grove (advanced campaign architecture). Each level builds directly on the previous one.
How much weekly time commitment is expected?
Most learners dedicate 4–6 hours per week. Seed level modules are 45–60 minutes while advanced labs run 90 minutes with optional peer review sessions.
Do you issue certificates upon completion?
Yes. Every completed level awards a verifiable digital certificate with embedded portfolio assets and a unique verification link you can share with clients or employers.
What is the refund policy?
You have 14 days from enrollment to request a full refund if you have not completed more than 30% of the course content. No questions asked.
Are team or enterprise plans available?
Yes. We provide discounted team seats, private cohort facilitation, and custom feedback cycles for groups of five or more. Contact our partnership team.
Can I access materials after the course ends?
Lifetime access is included. All templates, recordings, and future lesson updates remain available in your personal learning dashboard indefinitely.
Is prior writing experience required?
No. Seed level starts from foundational principles suitable for beginners. We do recommend basic English proficiency and comfort with structured thinking.
